"East of Anfield
is proud to announce that they have officially selected the Rainbow
Centre at Balestier Special School (BSS) as their adopted charity.
The School is a centre for children with special needs and caters to
children with down syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism, multiple
handicaps and other developmental disabilities. East of Anfield has
agreed to sponsor some of the programmes provided by BSS to their
students. The purpose behind this effort is simply to live up to the
ideals of our football team, Liverpool. F.C. and to have a heart as
big as the city of Liverpool. Inspired by the club's motto,
"YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE", we at East of Anfield, hope
that the very special children of Balestier Special School will
never have to walk alone.
